Developed and oversaw marketing strategy and set KPIs for the Radiotopia podcast network, which included top shows like 99% Invisible, Criminal, Song Exploder and Ear Hustle.
For 3.5 years, I ran marketing for the Radiotopia podcast network.
I led a full rebrand including messaging, design, style guides, logo, look and feel, and website.
I also managed PR and earned media; secured coverage in top pubs like PBS NewsHour, and developed relationships with key podcast, culture and entertainment writers.
I developed a content strategy for all owned channels including blog, websites, email newsletters and social. I increased the blog traffic by 2x; grew radiotopia.fm by 170% in one year; increased the newsletter subscribers by 4x; increased Radiotopia's Instagram followers by 2.5x in two years; and built a 1,000- member Facebook group in seven months.
I also ran media spend across Facebook, Google AdWords, web, podcast apps, programmatic display, influencers and more.
